2. Don't be afraid of the allergy restrictions, I have food allergies too and it's pretty easy to deal with, it just takes an extra minute.
3. Sim asked me to share this "Remember to please avoid milk, eggs, nuts, sesame seeds and kiwi fruit. Always check all labels. If products are made in Australia but they say they have "traces of" one of the allergens it is safe to use these products.
Beware of products like stock. Even they contain milk! A safe stock to use is Campbell's Real Stock.
Don't be frightened just read everything carefully!"
